Solving Guide
The puzzles in our games are logical tasks that challenge your attention, creativity and patience. You don’t need any special knowledge to solve them (no Morse code or flag semaphore). The solution is hidden in the task itself – sometimes in the text, sometimes in an image, and often in what at first seems to be missing.
With a puzzle you don’t immediately know how to proceed (unlike a crossword or sudoku). It’s as if a piece of the instructions is missing – and that’s the point: you need to discover the principle behind the task and what links the parts together. Each puzzle has one correct answer – always a single meaningful word (the password), and you must work out the path to it.
How to crack it
- Examine the task. Name everything the puzzle contains – texts, symbols, numbers, images.
- Watch for patterns and “coincidences”. A suspicious coincidence or an apparent mistake is often a clue.
- Start simple. Try basic ideas first and don’t be afraid to experiment.
- Move step by step. Each small step moves you forward, even if you don’t yet see the destination. The direction often reveals itself along the way.
- Don’t fear mistakes. Dead ends often bring you closer to the solution.
- Be patient. Sometimes the right idea just needs time.
- Change your perspective. If one approach fails, try another – check first letters, count words, or literally rotate the puzzle.
- Don’t give up. It’s fine not to see everything at once – puzzles are meant to be a little challenging.
Puzzles are often best solved in a team – more heads mean more ideas, greater shared joy at success, and easier handling of setbacks.
Team tips
- Think out loud together. Share ideas and listen.
- Collaborate. A single person can easily miss an important detail or make a mistake.
- Work in parallel. Try several approaches at once.
- Communicate. Keep summarizing what you’ve already tried.
